剧情：
娜奥米·沃茨说：“能够扮演戴安娜——这个全世界都热爱的、标志性的人物，我感到很荣幸，我非常期待迎接在银幕上扮演她的这项挑战。” 不过她扮演的这个戴安娜可不太讨好，故事说的是她和一位心脏外科医生哈斯那特·汗（Dr. Hasnat Kahn）从1995年开始的一段长达两年的不为人知的婚外情。哈斯那特·汗一直保守着秘密，直到2008年才通过英国的《每日电讯报》公开了这段秘密恋情。他声称戴安娜对这段关系十分认真，去巴基斯坦看他家人的时候穿上了当地传统服装，甚至有过为他而改信伊斯兰教的想法。不过哈斯那特·汗后来主动结束了这段关系，他说戴安娜“为此而心碎”，甚至偷偷跟踪纠缠他。 奥利弗·西斯贝格执导过《帝国的毁灭》（Downfall），这部《Caught in Flight》将由英国的Ecosse Films公司摄制，今年三月开始制作，计划前往巴基斯坦、安哥拉、巴黎等地拍摄，影片预算为1500万美元。
