剧情：
影片是改编自2016年韩剧《信号》的同名日剧的电影版。2021年东京，政府高官死于高速公路上失控的租车引发的交通事故。樱井率领的以三枝为首的长期未解决事件搜查组怀疑该事件是经过精心谋划的。2009年东京也曾发生过政务官相继死于交通事故的事件。当时警察都以意外事故对外公布，只有大山怀疑事件的真实性质。时间到了23点23分，不可能连上的无线通讯机竟再次鸣响！为了拯救有可能遭受生物恐怖主义威胁的日本，“现在”和“过去”的事件一起被卷入了更深的阴谋之中。而三枝和樱井是否能成功在现今遇见大山？
