剧情：
影片讲述了援藏扶贫干部、志愿者们响应党中央号召，从大都市来到高原藏区，为当地的扶贫事业贡献自己的爱心和热量，甚至生命的故事。在教育扶贫的战场上，他们秉承“一个也不能少”的理念将辍学的孩子带回课堂；在产业扶贫的战场上，他们亲力亲为带领藏族同胞发展种植合作社，为贫困村引进特色文化产业。肖宁月作为挂职县委常委、副县长，面对当地复杂的人文情况和迫在眉睫的脱贫目标，稳住了阵脚，带领各地扶贫干部，团结各方援藏力量，与当地村民一起，最终完成了脱贫目标。在这一过程里，这群“高原助梦人”也在坎坷中逐渐完成自我精神力量的提升，来自上海的第一书记在劳动过程中突发心血管疾病，他的离开给肖宁月等人带来了不小的打击，他们能做的是擦干泪水继续投入攻坚脱贫的战场，完成他未竟的事业。
