剧情：
因为擅自干涉了人间之事，黄大仙（林正英 饰）被王母娘娘贬下人间，投胎转世成为了一个叫黄初平的男孩。黄初平是刘家的羊倌，和刘家的侍妾小兰（郁雯 饰）情投意合慢慢走到了一起。一直觊觎小兰美貌的少爷因此常常针对为难黄初平。 在观音娘娘（黎燕珊 饰）的指点和帮助之下，黄初平开始了他的漫漫修为之路，一晃眼多年过去，修为大有长进的黄初平决定踏上普度众生的旅途，他和小兰就此别过。一路上，黄初平帮助了许许多多受苦难所困扰的凡人们，旱灾肆虐，黄初平甚至不惜将自己的血幻化成雨水滋润干涸的大地。最终，黄初平得道成仙返回了仙界。
