剧情：
20世纪70年代末，位于安徽省凤阳县小岗村的十八位农民，冒着砍头的危险按下了土地承包责任书的红手印。此举震惊全国，并由此拉开中国改革开放的大幕。转眼近三十年过去，从小岗村到全国各地，都有了翻天覆地的变化。谁曾想集体按手印的故事，又再度发生在小岗村中。2004年，小岗村迎来新的党支部第一书记沈浩（杨立新 饰）。沈浩为人开朗豁达，公正无私，他一心扑在工作上，以实际行动践行着科学发展观。吴奶奶（黄素影 饰）对她从不解到信任，刺儿头村民杨德福（何冰 饰）从制造祸端到心悦诚服。纵然最初受到妻子 王晓勤（徐帆 饰）和女儿汪汪（李若思 饰）的怨言，但沈浩凭借一身正气让他在小岗村村民心中留下难以磨灭的光辉形象…… 本片根据真实人物事迹改编。
